The work purpose - increase of physicomechanical and operational properties of composite building materials at the expense of the directed structurization. Methods of researches - standard methods of definition of physicomechanical properties. Graf-analytical methods, physical and computer modelling of processes of the organisation of structures CBM. The analysis of mechanisms of formation of structure of building composites of dense and porous structure is carried out. The hypothesis that in materials of porous structure (cellular concrete) their properties are defined mainly by character of a firm component is stated. It is offered to consider building composites in the form of open dynamic systems. As an example the object of researches - foam concrete unautoclave hardening is chosen. Results of experiments in which simultaneously are resulted defined durability of a material of which are formed between apertures partitions (activity solution mixes) and durability of foam concrete. It is established that durability of foam concrete depends on activity растворной mixes, how many from character of distributions of a firm phase, namely geometrical parametres - thickness, configurations and extents between apertures partitions not so much. The quantitative estimation of these parametres was investigated on models of materials of dense and porous structure. As a modelling material used water clay suspension. It was studied influence of the water clay relation on quantity of internal interfaces, quantity of structural elements, the general extent of borders of section and their arithmetic-mean width. Results have allowed to plan ways of regulation of physicomechanical properties of foam concrete at the expense of management of structure or change of character of distributions of a firm component.
