On the base of abstract review of results of the existing scientific researches their systematization is realized, their positive and negative sides are separated out. The ways of improvement of assessment's methodology of main factors' current state of providing economical security of regional agglomerations are offered and grounded. The models of estimation and forecasting of economic safety states of Regional Agglomeration "Drohobychchna" have been developed. For estimation of economic safety level will be used various methods and each of them characterizes different aspects of the safety. Forecasting of states of economical safety of regional agglomerations has been made with Kochren-Orkatt's algorithm and Kalman filter.
