The purpose of work is to determine immunological criteria of autoimmune pathology risk groups formation in children, to increase efficiency and safety of antiinflammation therapy of childhood rheumatic diseases on the basis of the profound study of system infringements due to administration of nonsteriod antiinflamation drugs and glucocorticoids. Methods of research: routine clinical, biochemical (on spectrophotometer and photocalorimeter), immunological (on cytofluorimeter and immunophermental analyzer), immunocytochemical, bacteriological, psychological, tools (gastrofibroscopy and ultrasonic scanning), statistical methods of research.The purpose of work is to determine immunological criteria of autoimmune pathology risk groups formation in children, to increase efficiency and safety of antiinflammation therapy in childhood rheumatic diseases on the basis of the profound study of system infringements due to administration of nonsteriod antiinflamation drugs. On a background of antiinflamation drugs rheumatic diseases therapy were revealed infringement of stomach mucous epitelial level protection, dysfunction of hepatobiliar system, bowel dysbacteriosis. Were offered the ways of treatment efficiency increasing. The administration of preparations preventing adverse effects of glucocorticoid therapy - osteopenic syndrome and growth delay is proved. Was revealed that the psychosomatic disturbances correction has positive influence on rheumatic diseases improvement. The group of children with set of possible factors of rheumatic diseases development (presence of connective tissue dysplasia, that is accompanied with immunological and biochemical infringements).
