Research object: 142 pregnant women with fibrocystic disease of breast (FDB) and 45 healthy pregnant without pathology of breast, hormones of fetoplacental complex. Purpose of work: to reduce the amount of pregnancy, labour complications and perinatal losses in pregnant women with FDB and to develop the system of organizational, medical and prophylactic measures. Research methods: clinical-statistical, clinical, endocrinological, bacteriological, virologic, ultrasound, histological, questionnaire-polling. Used equipment: ultrasound device "Aloka-2000"(Japan), "Medison Sa-9900" (Korea), fluorometr (EF-ZMA), counter Gama-12, photometer of MSR -1000, sets of tests by UBI (THE USA), Equipar (Italy), GDP IBOKH NANB (Belarus), Immunotech (Chukhiya), photometer "Labsystems" (Sweden), sets by "Human-L-6", "Human- L -8", "Human- L -4" Biosorse (USA). As a result of research were established high levels of estradiol and protactinium concentrations, especially in the first trimester. The increase of cortisol concentration in blood of pregnant women with FDB showes the high level of psycho-emotional stress. The work demonstrates the considerable increase of the among of with women FDB who belong to the group of high obstetric and perinatal risk. The system of organizational, medical and prophylactic measures was first developed and applied on the management of these patients, prophylaxis and treatment of obstetric and perinatal complications. High efficiency of the developed complex is shown, which is displayed in deter diagnosis of benign breast diseases, improvement of pregnancy coarse and diminishing of perinatal pathology. Application of the developed complex in to obstetric-gynecological practice will allow reducing frequency of pregnancy and delivery complications in patients with FDB.
