The object of investigation: during pregnancy and childbirth in 100 woman after IVF technologies and 50 healthy pregnant woman. Purpose: based on the analysis during pregnancy and childbirth to reduse the frequncy of obstetric and perinatal complications in woman after IVF technologies by using modern diagnostic technologies. Methods: instrumental, morphological, cytogenetical. Based on the analysis during pregnancy in woman after IVF technologies was stated that obstetric complications was presented in 60 % as usual it was preterm delivery in 34 %. Chromosom pathology was definitly often in woman after IVF technologies. The scientific know-how of this work is for the first time the early criteria of diagnostic obstetric and perinatal complications in woman after IVF technologies by using modern diagnostic technologies.
