Recommendation organizational-methodical and normative are offered on development of protsesnogo approach to the system of management by measuring in establishments of MON Ukraine from positions of harmonization with the requirements of international standards of the ISO series 9000, ISO10012: 2003 and taking into account the requirements of legislation of Ukraine. The models of permanent improvement of the system of management of quality of the processes VUZ are offered, removing failing inherent to the traditional model. Thus a new model includes all elements of traditional and is based on monitoring and management by measuring of key processes.
