O.S.Kolomiychenko popup.description2 Three complex treatment schemes were provided and used for the patients with middle ear cholesteatoma. Schema 1 included intraoperative aprotinine using in dose 2 ml (20000 АТhrP). Schema 2 included intraoperative local aprotinine application and local aprotinine insertion in dose 1 ml (10000 АТhrP ) after operation through drainage tubes during 7-10 days. Shema 3 was prescribed for the patients with invasive aggressive middle ear cholesteatoma and included shema 2 prescription with postoperative intramuscular interferon (laferon) injection in dose 300 000 PE. Due to using such schemes we received positive stable morphofunctional results with the fast operative cavity or tympanic membrane healing process with decreasing of percentage of residual cholesteatoma in the nearest postoperative period (6-12 months) and in follow up (18-24 months) after treatment (13,3 % and 5 %). It was possible to perform reconstructive surgeries in the nearest postoperative period after using our schemes of treatment. In the cases with residual cholesteatomas its enzymatic activity was low or in some cases we noted complete enzymatic inactivation with decreasing of osteoclast-osteoblast dissociation and fibroblasts increasing. We notes absence of negative influences of three schemes to the inner ear function.
