The purpose of operation: · the assaying of physico-chemical requirements of shaping of high-performance complex cap layers on a base(ground) of carbides, nitrides, oxides of transition metals IV - VI of groups of a periodic system; · definition of phase makeup condensed and gas phases of multicomponent systems with participation of titanium, vanadium, chrome, carbon, nitrogen, chlorine, oxygen in a wide interval of temperatures and pressure; · installation of influence of makeup, structure, structure of coverages on properties of steel details and instrument; · development of physical measure of an estimate of durability and reliability of coverages for prediction of their serviceability with use of a method of a kinetic microhardness and making on this base of the recommendations on use of coverages with stable auxiliary performances and longevity. The considerable heightening of corrosion resistance of steel workpieces with multicomponent coverages of explored types in different hostile environments is marked. The complex expedient of hardening of a red-hard steel designed which consists of magnetic - abrasive handling and carbon-nitrogen hardening. The magnetic - abrasive handling allows to improve parallax purity of the instrument from a red-hard steel, rises a microhardness of surface layer. Is established, that the химико-heat treatment - carbon-nitrogen hardening, lead immediately after МАТ, anchors hardening effect, allows considerably to raise endurance of the instrument from a red-hard steel. The width strong of surface layer after a double cycle magnetic - abrasive and химико-heat treatment depends on parameters by intermediate МАТ and reaches(achieves) 350-550 microns, a surface figure considerably increases, the geometry of the instrument from high speed steel stationary values Р6М5 is improved.
