Aim of the research: to study the neurobiological mechanisms of cognitive disorders and to optimize the diagnostic process and therapy of the states of dependence on the psychoactive substances taking into account the mechanisms of forming, character and degree of hardness of cognitive disorders. Methods of the research: clinic and psychopathological, psy-chodiagnostic, screening-questionnaires, biochemical, mathematic statistics. Cognitive disorders are formed on different stages of dependence and have a progredient character. In the persons depending on alcohol disturbances of verbal memory are more expressed than in drugs-dependent ones. In drugs-dependent persons cognitive disorders include the narrowing of the volume of arbitrary attention, the worsening of speed characteristics and efficiency of mental capacities, deceleration of speaking activity, decline of mental productivity. The process of defining emotions by the facial expression has such fea-tures: positive (gladness) and neutral emotions are easier to define. In the experiment there were revealed age and individual disturbances of cognitive functions under alcoholization. Neocortex, hippocampus and hypothalamus participate in mechanisms of cognitive disorders in early and late ontogenesis, neocortex and hippocampus - in puberty. In the adult age alcoholization doesn't disturb cognitive processes. Cate-cholamines and acetylcholine carry out the transmitting functions in these processes. Recovering of cog-nitive functions takes place under directed regulations of bioenergetic informative homeostasis. Alcoholi-zation of microsocial group of primates with the hierarchy of relations disturbs the positions of the leader and breaks group and individual stereotypes of behavior with transformation of leading positions into subordinate ones and vise versa, subordinate into leading ones. The biofeedback, in which the information about emotional homeostasis is a regulating component, recovers individual and group space and tempo-ral stereotypes.
