Aim of investigation: to study clinico-pathopsychological paculiarities of depressive disorders in adult patients and to eleborate the criteria of their diagnotic differential treatment- and - prophylactic measures. Results: it was revealed the current peculiarities of different depressive disorders in depending on age, leading syndromic structures, personal peculiarities, emotional functioning and intrapersonality conflicts, value orientation.
