The methodology - simulation modeling, complex system modeling, object and oriented analysis and design, intelligent computations, mathematic physics, systems analysis, theory of optimization, mathematical statistics. We developed methods to heterogeneous data integration (satellite, modelling and in-situ) and corresponding information technologies for their implementation using modern distributed Grid solutions. An inverse problem of vegetation moisture estimation from satellite remote sensing data has been stated, and a neural network approach to the solution of this problem has been proposed. Methods to complex environmental models adaptation have been developed, and effectiveness of the methods has been demonstrated to adapt numerical weather prediction model WRF to the territory of Ukraine. Different solutions and Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards have been investigated to enable interfaces to multi-source data, and corresponding implementation have been compared. We have setup GeoNetworks software for storing, access and search of metadata of geospatial data.
