The purpose of research is the practical application and theoretical development of the theoretic achievements to the analysis of synchronous data vector of space and earth processes under nonstochastic uncertainty based on its set-theoretical interpretation and use of data processing results to analyze the influence of active processes on the Sun on the health of the population, which can be characterized by such a vector statistics as the number of daily calls of the ambulances connected with peaking of manifestation of some types of diseases and injuries of miscellaneous nature. Research methods - methods of set theory and interval (set) analysis based on the characteristics of interval and interval estimates, methods of system analysis based on set estimation and forecasting methods of spectral analysis. Results of the research: 1. Vector synchronous data bank on space and earth processes based on the existing information was formed; 2. A mathematical model of nonstochastic uncertainty of vector sequences was created using synchronous interval (in general set) analysis, as an alternative to the axiomatic theory of probability; 3. The problems of estimating the intensity of magnetic fields and the circulation of magnetic structures on the Sun using correlation models and spectral methods were solved; 4. A constructive method of estimating the informative parameters of the unknown processes in the presence of measurement errors and non-stationarity of these processes was developed; 5. Relationship between space and earth processes based on the experimental data processing was investigated.
