A purpose of work is creation of scientific bases for development of technology and quipment on production of build materials and wares on the basis of natural gypsum and phosphogypsum. A research method is a theoretical analysis, experimental researches on the created experimental equipment. The analysis of existent technologies and equipment for dehydration of gypsum raw material is conducted, a new energy-saving and resource-saving technology and equipment for roasting of phosphogypsum in the stream of heat carrier is offered, in a theory the basic parameters of technology and equipment are definite, experimental research of parameters of technological process and equipment is conducted, the analysis of efficiency of a new technology is conducted. The results of researches are inculcated on LTD "Ecology-Dnepr 2004" (Dneprodzerginsk) in the project of building of technological line on the issue of plaster from dump phosphogypsum. Research job performances can be inculcated on enterprises on production of plaster near the dumps of phosphogypsum, creating additional workplaces, releasing earths from dumps, diminishing contamination of soil, air and water reservoirs.
