Also, retrospective study of 52 living donor liver transplantation cases was done. For diagnostic of liver transplant rejection estimation activity of transaminase and cholestatic ferments, red blood features and doppler ultrasound was performed. We examinate cytokines, blood lipids and antioxidant system index. Determinated that decreasing of pro-inflammatory (IL-6,IL-1b,TNF) and increasing of anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokines correlate with engraftment. Knowledge of cytokine status allow to diagnose and prognose liver rejection, witch is needed for adequate treatment tactic. In period of acute rejection decreasing of common cholesterin level was defined, that give evidence of functional graft disorders. Index of antioxidant erythrocytes system (glutathione, glutathione S-transferasa, katalasa) illustrate their relatively compensation.
