Ya, Registration Date 05-02-2010 Organization Ukrainian State Maritime University named after admiral Makarov popup.description2 The object of research is an amount of the processes which pass in thrust sliding bearings (TSB) with hydraulic leveling device (HLD) of marine gas turbine engine during skewnesses, ship hull concussions and frontal beats or the ridge. The mission is ensuring of the working ability and increasing the load capacity HLD during skewnesses and ship hull concussions, rotor imbalance which is rotating in the elastic supports. Research methods are theoretical and experimental investigations of processes which pass in TSB with HLD during frontal beats or the ridge, skewnesses and ship hull concussions, air microbubbles being present in lubrication. The dynamics of TSB with HLD during rotor imbalance rotating in the elastic supports was researched first time. Scientific technique base was developed and the analysis of calculating of cyclic strength and shock resistance of multilayer bellows was made. Stress-strain state of the ridge and pillows was researched. Experimental investigations of the HLD performance was made and the practicability of its using in stubborn knots of marine gas turbine engines was proved. The existing prototype of TSB with HLD is protected by patents of Ukraine №17857, №42138, №35358 and №46214 also it has been introduced in the product manufacturing of the State Enterprise Scientific-Industrial Complex of producing gas turbine engines "Zarya"-"Mashproekt" for final tuning.
