A purpose of work is development of method of gas dynamic calculation of multi-stage turbo expander, taking into account physical properties of natural gas as a working body, being based on the ideas of one dimensional character of his flow and simultaneously taking into account distributing of parame-ters of stream on the height of flow path. A research method is a design of flow of working body in turbo expander with the use of modern achievements of gas dynamic theory of turbines and computer graphics in the plan of visualization of the got results on the personal computer. The method of gas dynamic calculation of multi-stage turbo expander of axial type is offered in work, which takes into account distributing of parameters of stream on the height of flow path at the set law of twirling of shoulder-blades on a radius. The calculation of turbo expander is con-ducted taking into account dependence of physical properties of natural gas on component com-position, pressure and temperature.
