The advisability of harnessins of CM with copper matrix and filler such composition wich favoures to increasing of resistance to wear siezure and wear in the contact pare current collectror -copper wire was established.The method of alloyind by chromium of CM matrix throuth chromic cast iron with it content in molted copper 4 - 8 % mas wat selected. Investigated powders were received by spraying of Cu-Fe-Cr-C molted metall.The formation in the spraying condition of two morphological tipes of powders was establishecl and their distinationes were studied. The powders were recived by spraying of Cu-Fe-Cr-C melts. The formation in the spraying conditions of two morphological types of powder was established and their distinction were. The morphology, the components distribution and properties of alloying powders substantially increase their deformability and compactability. Such properties of alloying powders are more then for pure spraying copper powders even with attainment often close porosity. Such compactability and deformability of alloying powders allowed using the graphite content. Witch raised functional properties of sliding contacts in the conditions of test on trial installation.
