In research the results of previous researches are deeply investigational in relation to a category "ecological conflict", namely: the description of social and economic factors of its origin is given, its environmental and economic effects and their interrelations with the resource modes are suggested, the analysis of normative and legislative base of ecological conflicts adjusting is conducted; strategic approaches connected with ecological conflicts settlement are developed and the methods of decision taking while international activity in sphere of nature use are offered.
