I., Доктор технічних наук Registration Date 09-02-2010 Organization Sumy State University popup.description2 The purpose of the work is sistematization of appearances phase and spatially-distributed selectivities, which depend on chemical composition of the deposited stationary fluxes and conditions, close to the stimulated phase equilibrium in the system of plasma-condensate or rediced coefficients of condensation.For gaining the purpose it is necessary to execute the followings tasks: to create and perfect new type of selforganized ionic sputterers, which strengthen selective processes at the stationary forming of condensates, due to influence of the intensive enough stationary fluxes of electrons and ions on a growth surface; to investigate the display of selective processes as forming various micro- and nanostructures with different "architecture" at conditions of stationary forming of condesates of metals and carbon at reduced condensation coefficients. It was found that combining in a certain sequence structural and field selectivity at the programed change of the stationarity conditions, it is possible to produce the atom-by-atom assembling of unlimited spectrum of architectural forms, including enough claimed nanosized systems.
