Objective of work: development of theoretical-methodological foundations and practical recommendations concerning institutional preconditions and consequences of socioeconomic changes in Ukraine. Methods of research: the abstractive-logical method used to determine the institutional content of the market infrastructure; the inductive-deductive one used to designate the market infrastructure's place in the economic system of a society; the economic-statistical method applied in the study of indicators of the market infrastructure development in Ukraine; the method of modelling used in the process of analysis of the market infrastructure conceptions; the systemic-structural one applied in the modeling influence of the market infrastructure on development of corporate and contract relationships; functional analysis applied in order to define mutual influence of the development of market infrastructure and transactional expenses, specification of the property rights. An institutional categorical apparatus of economic, psychological, legal, management, ecological-natural, and language aspects of the Ukrainian society development are formulated in the research. The main directions of formation and development of configurations of further institutional changes in the society are determined. The conceptions and practical recommendations concerning the development of market institutes and institutions in the economy are worked out.
