The aim of investigation: to carry out the analysis of incidence of thyroid cancer and show the morphological characteristics of carcinomas that were remove in children and adolescences, exposed due to Chernobyl accident. The methods of investigation: morphological, statistical; machines for the histological procedure of tissue and staining of slides (SHANDON, LAMB), microtomes (Leica), criostate (Bright), termostates, microscopes (Olimpus, Nikon, Leica), computers. The analysis of both, incidence of thyroid cancer and histological characteristics of thyroid carcinomas during the period 2006-2008 years were carried out. It was shown that in Ukraine during mentioned period was not fixed the decreasing of incidence of thyroid cancer among children and adolescences (at the moment of Chernobyl accident). Statistically more high level of incidence of the thyroid cancer was conserved in 6 Northern regions. During mentioned period 91,2% were, like previous years, papillary thyroid carcinomas, among them have been increasing the percentage of incapsulated tumors, "small" tumors up to 1,0 sm, have been noted the decreasing of invasive characteristics, that, in general, pointes to more better prognosis of thyroid cancer in last period after the Chernobyl accident. Our data could be used in approach of complex clinical-morphological prognosis of behaviors of radioinduced thyroid carcinomas.
