It was investigated condition of nanophase formation and its evolution in open nonlinear systems under external influence both control and random origin. It was examined mechanisms of formation of nanoscaled islands for semiconductor heteroepitaxial structure under combined action of dislocation-surface and dislocation-matrices diffusion. It was study micro- and nanocrystal phase, it was interpreted self-formation of quantum-dimensional nanocrystals on heteroepitaxial structure layer received molecular-beam epitaxy. It was investigated influence of noise on structure formation in nonequilibrium set of identical nonlinear oscillator. It was obtained regularities of noise induced coupling of nonlinear oscillators in structural units.
