The comparative role analysis of trophic networks of pastoral ecosystems has been conducted. Trophoelements with stable and variable role status have been determined. The system of evaluation indices of trophic networks for determination the stability of pastoral ecosystems has been offered. Mathematical models are also the innovation of this work. They describe the influence of characteristic indices of pastures on the evaluation indices of role trophic networks. Laboratory microhydroecosystems of aquarium and block types to study violations of trophic structure of water ecosystems have been worked up and approved. A number of sensible test-signs of hydrobionts for contamination biotesting have been offered. Model-charts for determination the index of water toxins have been constructed. The computer automated data base for predicting the consequences of contamination of small rivers of Ukraine's western region by oil products has been created. The complex estimation of renewing dynamics of structural-functional state of forest ecosystems biogeocoenosis on the initial stages of succession has been conducted for the first time. On the basis of analysis of associating of phytocenosis types the functional groups of the components of phytocenosis have been selected. The formula for calculation the competition tension of phytocenosis has been offered, the integral algorithm-scheme of hierarchic analysis of different levels of biogeocoenosis variety of forest ecosystems has been created; methods of estimation of abiotic diversity, autecological and sinecological limits of tolerance of groupings of frames of beech forests logs to the influence of climatic and edaphic factors of ecotype have been established.
