Under the research of civil-procedural aspects of pointed problem we payed special attention to procedural norms and legal relations. According to the research of civil-procedural legal relations, it had done as the complex structural functional analysis system these legal relations. Search character is inherent also to researches of trial defense under age persons in the civil procedure of Ukraine and autonomy sides in the international private law. Criminal-procedural researches at the new scientific-theoretical level were directed to find out the role of normative-legal regulation activity of the body inquest in Ukraine, determination and exposure the point of the matter criminal characteristics of demandingіs, which had been committed by the organized crime groups, and also usage of special psychological knowledge in the pretrial inquest. Administrative procedural problematic has opened by the authors in the aspect of point of the matter administrative-trial procedural form and its elements and the role of approving in administrative affairs, connected with elections procedure. By the way the first theoretical aspects were researched in Ukraine and was talking about the necessity of introduction in national legal system of case-law.
