The temperature distribution along ingot surface in a deformation zone directly which is difficult to receive by direct measuring is found. It is shown, that during induction-conduction heating of the technological container with currents of 50 Hz frequency and power of 50 kW, approximately 90 % of power evolves due to the induction mechanism of a heating and only 10 % - due to the conduction one. It is determined, that at a coordination of regimes of induction-conduction method of container heating and regimes of a hot-pressing of aluminum ingots, their surface temperature irregularity can be less 3 % that is acceptable for technology of production of conductors for the current-conducting cables core of high and extrahigh voltages. The received scientific results and recommendations are applied in 2009 on Joint-Stock Company "Factory Juzhkabel" (Kharkov) in a processing line of production multiple-wire cable cores with XLPE insulation on high and extrahigh voltages. The received theoretical and practical results can be used in metallurgy and foundry for making competitive electrotechnological systems of electromagnetic treatment of different metals and alloys, including the experimental high-frequency electrotechnological installations.
