Developed and investigated methods of correction of multiplicative and additive errors of means of account of electric energy and new algorithms of their functioning are built on this basis allowed firstly to create in Ukraine the working standard of electric power and energy of class of exactness 0,02, to extend the range of workings currents to 12000% and to get around very close to creation of the National standard of electric power and energy. Creation in Ukraine of standards of class of exactness 0,02 will allow the state to economize due to the purchase of unique metrology products from an own producer in size of 5 million dollars of the USA..
