Nanocrystalline bulk and film BaTiO3 materials (the grain size of the ceramics is to 40-50 nm and the thickness of the films is 1 µm) with a low sintering temperature (T < 1250?C), which are characterized by a high level of the dielectric permeability and a low level of dielectric losses in a wide frequency range, were developed.
