A research object is melanin-glucan complexes (MGC) of cellular wall of higher basidiomycetes. A purpose of work is development and working off laboratory technological regulation of receipt of MGC with antibiotic, antiviral and fungicide properties for a prophylaxis and treatment of infectious diseases. A theme was counted on three years (2007-2009). The task of first-year was to develop the optimum methods of receipt from the basidiomycetes of MGK with antibiotic properties, creation of laboratory fluidizer their selection and to make an effort in theory model the presence of antibiotic properties at the different types of mushrooms. The task of the second year was selection of model object for the study of activity of MGC, research of influence of MGC on genesial descriptions of model objects. The task of the third year was to work the technological processes of receipt of MGC and develop Laboratory regulation of technology of receipt of MGC of preparations.
