The method of positive selection of H. polymorpha yeast with 3-bromоpyruvate released the strain able to synthesis of 7.4 g/l of ethanol on the second day of fermentation. Obtained strain is perspective as a basic strain for creation of industrial strain able to efficient alcoholic fermentation of plant biomass sugars.
