It was experimentally found, that due to the strong exchange coupling of ferromagnetic layers (Co, FeNi) and Gd layers with the nanometer thicknesses the temperature of ferromagnetic ordering of Gd increased significantly resulting in great values of magnetic moments of Co/Gd, FeNi/Gd nanostructures at room temperatures (about twice greater compared with the Fe, Co, FeNi). The influence of interface structure and type of substrates on magnetic properties of FeNi/Gd and Fe/Tb multilayered films has been investigated. Product Description popup.authors Бондарь Є.
