Aim: identify early signs of (preclinical) osteoarthrosis (OA) of the knee joint in athletes and develop a comprehensive method of treatment. Methods of research: clinical, orthopedic, laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, MRI sign of OA. Getting results: the clinical, orthopedic, laboratory, radiographic, sonographic and MRI studies have shown early clinical (swelling, degeneration of the menisci and decrease the height of the articular cartilage), laboratory (increased alkaline phosphates, C-reactive protein), sonographic (degeneration of the meniscus, reducing the height of the articular cartilage, the presence of effusion), revealed early, pre-clinical signs of OA for athletes. Based on the study and identification of early, pre-clinical signs of OA for athletes developed a complex method of treatment of OA of the knee joint including the combined use of oral medication - Diatsereina (Artrodar), which is the initiator of Education interleynika IL-1 and of the effects of pathological gialganom, which is hondroprotektorom and introduce intra. Long-term results showed a high enough of the effects of clinical so, after 3 years of the 46 persons after treatment in 24 athletes condition improved, the pain disappeared, back in sports. In 16 athletes from time to time after heavy loads pain is back - are treated in the center, 6 athletes pain periodically arose: 3-sportsmen - operated, removed the meniscus, and 3 continuing treatment in the center.
