The aim of the work - development of organizational and technical arrangements for scientific and technical support of construction of the coal blocks with ultrasupercritical steam parameters in Ukraine. Research methods: - the analysis of world experience of coal blocks with ultrasupercritical steam parameters development and running; - the estimation of steam parameters influence on the block efficiency; - development of the technical re-equipment concept in connection with the beginning of the modern blocks use; - the analysis of structural and technological features of the delivered block. Researches on assurance of reliability work of the boiler and turbine equipment on new parameters, the analysis of fuels, on which mainly operate the new samples of power units worldwide are given in the work, also offers of the Ukrainian coals using on the delivered blocks and offers of the participation of domestic experts in scientific and technical support of these blocks construction are developed. The approximate list of knots which could be included in volume of the Ukrainian delivery is resulted and offers on the organization of engineering and manufacturing of these knots are given. The reasonability of direct participation of domestic scientific and technical experts at all stages of the block construction is proved. Offers on the organization of an expert estimation of the foreign firm project on the block with ultrasupercritical parameters and equipment certification are given.
