The research aim is to study the effect of autological MSCs of bone marrow on regeneration of joint cartilage (JC) under its traumatic damage. The research methods are cultural one, light microscopy, luminescent microcopy, histological and biochemical analyses, surgical methods with laboratory animals. R&D results: there has been studied the experimental model of traumatic damage of JC with using the template on experimental animals. Due to this model example the efficiency of use of MSCs at traumatic defect of JC was proved, that is histologically expressed in the formation in the site of traumatic defect of hyaline-like cartilage tissue, and biochemically - in normalization of the exchange indices of intercellular matrix of cartilage tissue, investigated in blood serum. Direct participation of MSCs in reparative chondrogenesis of JC using fluorescent probe RKN-26 was shown. The application field is medicine.
