Preparative, micro- and macroscopic, histological, histochemical, spectrophotometric anf fluorimetric methods were used in this work. It was shown at the model of acute toxic hepatitis that FTC drying partially decreased its biological activity resulted in the diminution of the effect relating to CCl4-poisoned rat liver antioxidant system support. Also, hepatoprotective action of FTC, in many respects, caused by the presence of alpha-fetoprotein in its composition. It was demonstrated at the models of cartilage mechanical injury and skin thermal damage that cryodestroyed fetal mesenchymal-mesodermal cells promoted the experimental injury repair; their action was unidirectional with native cells but it was less significant. It was shown using Guerin carcinoma model that FTC administration attenuated the tumor toxic action on the experimental animal organism confirmed by the inhibition of tumor progression, significant decrease of rat mortality and the improvement of liver antioxidant defense system state.
