The analysis of technical decisions of voltage converter for the electro-heater column synthesis ammonia is conducted. Found out the features of work of tiristor regulator of variable tension on to the electro-heater of column of synthesis of ammonia. The certain is possible range of adjusting of control corners for R - L of loading. Technical description is made on the developed transformer.
