Consequently full-function remote access through local network and Internet to the computer-aided database was built, witch allow to use all facilities of "Microsoft Access" platform, particularly to work with complex elements at the regime "table", "query" and to transfer reports as a documents of "Microsoft Word", "Microsoft Excel" and "Adobe Acrobat". "Microsoft Access" platform was tested at the net operation, main components of access rights was detected. Complex security system was developed, is based on the multilevel access structure, where main levels are "access denied", "read only access", "full access". Main database server (control and security functions) was tested. Main forms and reports, which are necessary for two-part tender implementation informing was corrected.
