It was established that on the most devices of the oil primary processing plant ЕЛОУ-АВТ-8 pitting corrosion, corrosion craking and lamination of the base metal in the vicinity of the welding joint were observed. The new method of corrosive monitoring of equipment operating in the conditions of aggressive environments and mechanical stresses effect was developed. It is based on the relation of the character of potential change with the corrosive-fatigue damaging of steels and alloys. This method was applied for the estimation of damage degree of reboiler-evaporater on Lysychansk company "LINIK". For this purpose monoelectrode electrochemical transducer was used, a block diagram and electric diagram of pulse method of the equipment corrosive monitoring in real-time was developed. It was established that it represented adequately the jump-like potential change in the period of crack growth and allows to characterize the critical condition of the equipment by pulses in the frequency in the preliminary determined period of time.
