The aim of this work is to formulate technological recommendations for optimization of parameters of annealing for providing of high level of fatigue properties of the weld-fabricated connections. On the basis of the got experimental dates, jointly with the department of main metallurgist of ANTONOV Aeronautical Scientific/Technical Complex, developed and on the Antonov ASTC applied in industry "technology of a vacuum heat treatment of the weld-fabricated details from the monophase VT1-0 and PT7M titanium alloys" and technological instruction of RTI 622-09 "Vacuum heat treatment of the weld-fabricated details from the monophase VT1-0 and PT7M titanium alloys". Offered technology: intended for the increase of the operating resource of the weld-fabricated details from thin-sheet alpha-titanium alloys (the high-resource weld-fabricated titanium pipelines of the anti-icing system and system of preparation and conditioning of air); based on regulation temperature-time and gas-dynamic properties of a vacuum environment (residual pressure of 1.3 - 133 mPa, inleakage of air of not more than 26 uPa/s) and allowable parameters of gas-saturated layers (the allowable gasing level of surface layers of metal are specified); enabled to increase on 20...30% fatigue characteristics of the weld-fabricated connections of VT1-0 and PT7M titanium alloys and the reduce their liability to brittle fracture by comparison to annealing on air and next upclassing etching; can be used as a final technological operation. Adaptation of schemas and heat treatment modes' for the Antonov ASTC vacuum thermal equipments was conducted (vacuum furnaces of SEV-5.5/11,5; SSHV 8.12/13, SNVE of 1.3.1/16-М), the method of determination of temperature-time relationship and gas-dynamic parameters of vacuum under annealing of the weld-fabricated details from the monophase VT1-0 and PT7M titanium alloys was offered.
