We shwed that use of stable disperse forms of nanoferromagnetics allowed to increase cytotoxic activity of antitumor drugs in vitro and in vivo. We optimized methods of obtaining complexes of antitumor drugs with nanoferromagnetics in liposomes and developed a system of values for their standartization. Our data pointed on perspectives of further research of magnet-controlled complexes of cytostatics with nanoferromagnets in liposomes.
