It was shown that calixarenphosphorous acids were able to interact with some antigens, associated with drug resistance and evaluate cytotoxic effect of doxorubicin against sensitive and resistant to doxorubicin cell lines. Those results from in vitro system showed that further investigation of biological action of calixarenphosphorous acids with specific sites of interaction with antigens of tumor cells, is needed to be performed on in vivo model.
