Lewis lung carcinoma, melanoma B16, lympholeicosis L1210 and Ehrlich carcinoma cells were used as models. On these objects we showed that antitumor and antimetastatic activity of К2PdCl4:OEDP complex did not differ from analogous data for cis-dichlordiaminoplatinum (cisplatin). Our results suggested that toxicity of heteronucleus К2PdCl4:OEDP complex is 4 times lower compared to cisplatin. Also we demonstrated that К2PdCl4:OEDP accumulated in bones of model animals. In future, this could be used in therapy of patients with bone cancer.
