It is researched: 1. CNT in polymers are electron acceptors and most effective centers of positron "capture", and defects on an external layer of CNT are adsorption of polymer molecules. 2. Direct and reverse percalate phase transitions dielectric-metal and metal-dielectric in an CNT-array, and position of transitions is determined by defectness, elastic and non-elastic processes. 3. Laser dispersion of CNT oriented on substrate lead to forming of nanostructures with high emission ability. 4. Multi-layered CNT with regional distributions under the action of the concentrated sun radiation become the source of electron emission and voltage on electrodes to 2,3 V at 300-600 *C. 5.
