Purpose of work: provision of performance of tasks defined by normative legislative acts and responsibilities of Ukraine as a member of Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification in the framework of carrying out of the Agreement on conduct of concerted policy in the sphere of standardization, metrology and certification of CIS countries as of 13.03.1992; development of normative legislative documents for formation of free trade zone of CIS countries, protection of market from low quality goods or goods dangerous for usage, imperfection of interstate standardization system and its harmonization with the standard systems of International organizations on standardization. Method of research: systemic analysis . Theoretical and practical results: normative and normative-legislative documents in the sphere of standardization that make it possible to carry out policy of technical regulation on the base of common principles in the framework of CIS; carrying out of state policy priorities in the sphere of Interstate standardization through implementation of decisions of Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification taking into account interests of Ukraine.
