That enabled deposition of high-quality zinc oxide films of essential thickness (2 - 5 mkm), what was unrealizable earlier. The films demonstrate significant improvement of crystal quality, enlarged size of grains, less magnitude of stresses and better luminescent properties. Based on the deposited films the interdigital photoresitors were designed, which proved to be sensitive to UV radiation. The photoconductivity and photosensitivity relaxation spectra of the prepared samples were investigated. The 250-times increase of the conductivity under UV irradiation and a photoresponse speed about 10 mks were achieved. The surface-barrier diode photodetectors with the photosensitivity of 0.1 A/W and time constant 100 ns were developed.
