The goal: carrying out of researches on production of biologically-stable water, on water disinfection from fungi, development of integral methods of water toxicity assessment. Methods of research and the equipment: coagulation, sorption, UV-irradiation, biotesting. The main results: The technological scheme of water purification from biologically accessible organic carbon are developed. It allow to lower this parameter up to 0,15 mg/l, that considerably below norms which are fixed for biologically-stable water (0,3 mg/l). Optimum conditions for water disinfecting from fungi with use of UV - eradiations are developed. The integrated method of natural and potable water quality assessment is offered using of fishes biotesting (count of white blood). Novelty: new approaches to production of a high-quality drinking water and an assessment of its quality are offered. Efficiency of implementation: implementation of the offered methods of water treating and water toxicity assessment will allow to a raise of quality of a drinking water gravely.
