Develop guidelines and their implementation in practice of archival institutions of Ukraine State Committee on Standardization of requirements stipulated approaches to funding documents physical and legal persons of official funds and personnel of origin, combined archival funds and archival collections to reflect changes in the constitutional and socio-economic foundations of Ukraine that took place since independence.
