It is shown, that the character of the electricy active defects of certain type and scale distributing stipulates local instabilities and the photoresponce non-linearity, for the exposure of which the packages of integral, local and parametrical signatures of the crystalline compound functional descriptions are offered. The transformation algorithm of the different by nature time-frequency appearances of the compound characteristics into proper wavelet-signatures is developed by which the reverse transition from informative space of wavelet-coefficients in the dynamic space of the induced states subsets is carried out. The integrative indexes and criteria to the signature-analysis of spectral, spatial and time of the crystals characteristics are offered. On this basis of the conceptual principles of a mutually complementary approach to diagnostics and aftercrystallization treatments of the solid solutions of II-VI group sources of instability are developed, within the framework of which, for the high-stable characteristics forming the algorithms are developed: a) determination of the spectral, thermal, spatial, acoustic instabilities ranges; b) the form and parameters of wavelet-like indignation determination; c) the modes of electro-acoustic treatment definition. Their realization by the developed hardware-software complex provides selectivity and efficiency of the high-stable crystals characteristics forming.
