Purpose of work: development of geological bases of methods of search of minerals in the Azov-Black Sea bassin by the study of deposits of the Black Sea, establishment of distribution in them of mud volcanos and gas torches displays and related to them formations of gazhydrats, and also establishment of features of development of other minerals - sapropel, thin disperse gold, building materials. Method of researches: complex geological-geophysical researches from the board of research vessels, theoretical and analytical researches. The stratigrafic, litology-facial and structural-tectonic criteria of placing of gazhydrats displays have been formulated; the maps of finds of gazhydrats have been aktualized; in east part of the Black Sea a new perspective district for the search of mud volcanos have been definited; for north-western part of the Black Sea: on the basis of original mathematical models the size of gaz emission have been calculated; the geological model of gaz еmission have been built; specifying basic data about material composition and terms of distribution of sapropel have been got, preliminary estimation of their geological and economic value have been done, the pespektiv areas of bottom for conducting of searching works on sapropel have been definited; development of auriferous deposits of off-shore-marine type in the Zamorsk-Aktaksk district have been confirmed (Kerch peninsula).
