Conductivity of samples obtained at T = 600 °C = 0.01 cm cm-1, which is one order higher than conductivity of ZrO2 - Y2O3 films with cubic structure, as well as that of ceramic samples of similar composition. Based on the system ZrO2 - Y2O3 - CeO2 - CuO, ceramic solid electrolytes with high oxygen conductivity (2.4 - 2.5?10-3 cm cm-1 at T = 650 C) with small electronic conductivity (0.2%) in a wide range of partial pressure of oxygen have been prepared. It has been firstly shown that presence of tetragonal modification (20-25mol. %) positively affects on the oxygen-ion conductivity of ceramics and film of zirconium dioxide with cubic structure.
