The regularities in the self-organization of the crystal lattice in the defect complex niobates have been determined, which allowed one to estimate the influence of the main nanostructural fragments on the absorption of electromagnetic energy in the microwave range, as well as to develop new high-efficient dielectric materials and components based on studied structures.
